What is Coventry CEN? To give its full title, Coventry Community Empowerment Network is the vehicle which carries the voice of the community and voluntary sectors to the Local Strategic Partnership (LSP), which in Coventry is known as The Coventry Partnership.
Of all of the members of the Coventry Partnership, 14 represent the community sector and five the voluntary sector. Their job is to ensure that the strategies evolved by the Partnership are influenced by the community by consulting community groups and voluntary organisations, and relaying the consensus of those opinions to the Partnership.
