Economy, Learning, Skills and Employment

The Economy, Learning, Skills and Employment Group will bring together the resources of key organisations in Coventry and Warwickshire to support economic, social and financial inclusion by developing strategies for increasing the employability and capability of local people.

The group will work with stakeholders to:-

• Create the conditions for growth and enterprise for Coventry and Warwickshire's economy.
• Create a diverse range of businesses, jobs and apprenticeships to meet the aspirations and potential of all residents
• Support people to develop the capabilities to access jobs and ensure local people benefit from the growth of the sub-region and increase their household income
• That Coventry and Warwickshire's economic well-being is continually improving.

Coventry Partnership Objective: To create growth, jobs and enterprise, particularly through advanced manufacturing and green technologies.
