Coventry Partnership logo What is the Coventry Partnership?

The Coventry Partnership is the local name for Coventry's Local Strategic Partnership (LSP).  The Coventry Partnership brings together senior representatives from the community, private, public and voluntary sectors to work together to help improve the city as a place to live, work and play. 

What is its purpose?

The Coventry Partnership works to bring together combined resources, energy and creativity to meet the economic, social, physical and environmental needs of Coventry and the health and well-being of it's people.

The Coventry Partnership aims to build on the considerable success the city has achieved over the last 10 years in terms of regeneration and improving the quality of life for all residents.

The objectives of the Partnership are:

  • To set the overall strategic vision for the City of Coventry and to secure partnership commitment and action to deliver the vision.
  • To consult, develop, implement and review both the Sustainable Community Strategy and
    Local Area Agreement.
  • To bring about the strategic alignment and integration of plans, partnerships and initiatives within Coventry.
  • To develop governance and performance management arrangements.
  • Conduct a full review of the Partnership working at least every three years.
